Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within Philadelphia city limits
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly communication and order accuracy
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle cashless payments and digital order management through our proprietary app
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback to the operations team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based order management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate stairs/doorways
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
