Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of food, packages, and retail items using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Accurately process payments and manage cashless transactions
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle irregularities promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to depot for shift start
