Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across North Carolina.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to company etiquette and ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices for navigation, proof of delivery, and real-time updates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle before and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete routes within the designated timeframe.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (or availability to use company fleet) with valid insurance and registration.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based operations.
