Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver packages to residential and business clients in the Charlotte metro area.
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures where required.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, logging stops, and proof of delivery.
- Unload freight efficiently and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
