Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or merchandise to customers across Fort Worth using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Handle cash transactions and manage payment processing when required
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable smartphone and internet access
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery history
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency and route optimization abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
