Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies to designated locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve any concerns promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and maintain organized vehicle interiors
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
