Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in the Louisville metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Provide a professional first impression by maintaining a clean vehicle and uniform.
- Verify delivery details and obtain digital signatures or proof of delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience and courtesy, resolving issues on-site when possible.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and route optimization goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Proof of auto insurance and registration.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation and dispatch updates.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the Louisville area (ZIP codes 40202, 40207, 40222, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
