Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions during delivery processes
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and package verification
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte metropolitan area roadways
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
