Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery efficiency
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with LA area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
