Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within Albuquerque metro area
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior between deliveries
- Verify order accuracy and resolve delivery discrepancies with customers
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to coordinate pickup schedules
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to operate company fleet
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
