Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders across Phoenix
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers via mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle (provided)
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and delivery verification
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
