- Deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across New York City with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize the company mobile app to receive real-time navigation, manage orders, and communicate with customers.
- Ensure the safe handling and timely delivery of all items, including fragile packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while on the road.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and local delivery policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, helpful, and respectful during every interaction.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle is in safe operating condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no serious infractions).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, van, scooter, or bike) in good working condition.
- A compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably and perform physical tasks.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently in busy urban environments.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
