Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for dedicated OTR routes across Arizona and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all safety protocols and HOS guidelines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Represent Chandler Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience with dedicated route preference
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass federal background check and DOT physical
- Knowledge of Arizona roadways and regional logistics hubs
