Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to and from designated locations within a specified radius.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with the utmost care.
- Utilize mobile technology to update delivery statuses, track inventory, and communicate with dispatch in real-time.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle or company truck.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones for navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) and digital logging.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated hub.
