Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Manage delivery documentation and proof of delivery procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Adapt routes to ensure timely deliveries in urban and rural areas
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington State roadways and traffic laws
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside repairs
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
