Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) for local deliveries within Oklahoma City metro
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of freight with proper securing techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records via ELD system
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City metro area
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
