Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local deliveries within Los Angeles County
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adapt routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Los Angeles metropolitan area geography
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
