Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on local routes within Ohio.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo using proper material handling equipment.
- Obey all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (BOLs, manifests).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license with required endorsements.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Basic math skills for fuel calculations and toll payments.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
