Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) within San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs
- Deliver freight to commercial and residential locations with punctuality
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
