Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, flatbed) within Omaha metro and regional routes
- Inspect pre/post-trip vehicles and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adapt routes dynamically for weather, traffic, and delivery deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills with GPS technology
