Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Navigate efficiently through Cleveland metropolitan routes
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license with current medical card
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Cleveland area traffic patterns
- Physical capability to handle up to 50lb loads
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
