Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient routing
- Handle loading/unloading of freight with care
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of San Diego geography
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to depot
