Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your box truck for daily deliveries and pickups
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and route planning requirements
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight securely using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
- Comply with DOT regulations and local traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
- Proof of current commercial auto insurance ($1M liability)
- Reliable late-model box truck (24-26ft) in good condition
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
