Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scanning of packages using Amazon's handheld scanning device
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and safety protocols while navigating Saint Paul's neighborhoods
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions and address delivery inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and resolve delivery exceptions
- Ensure packages are handled securely and delivered in pristine condition
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
