Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery policies strictly.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile apps to manage delivery statuses accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) with a compatible data plan.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and load packages into the vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
