Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using mobile scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper loading/unloading of packages
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and optimize for time efficiency
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation and scanning
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
