Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld scanning devices
- Load/unload packages in an organized and timely manner
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows and route optimization guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data plan for app-based communication
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
