Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and route schedules
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Operate specialized equipment (wheelchair lifts, etc.) when required
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old with valid US driver's license
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL with P/S endorsement (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist students with mobility needs
- Flexible availability for early morning/afternoon shifts
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
