Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and industrial facilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic reporting via remote systems
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team remotely for route optimization and schedule adherence
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Support site-specific material handling and unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks in construction/industrial settings
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and remote reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles area traffic patterns and delivery routes
- Physical capability to climb equipment, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with remote work experience preferred
