Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on long-haul routes across the continental US
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic records
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and execution
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one through our training program
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to travel 5-7 days per trip with flexible home time
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- US citizenship or legal residency status required
