Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a box truck while adhering to all DOT regulations
- Manage daily logistics including loading/unloading, route planning, and delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, expenses, and trip documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure on-time deliveries
- Perform basic truck inspections and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable personal vehicle for non-trucking duties
