Responsibilities
- Secure and manage your own freight loads through our dispatch network.
- Operate commercial box trucks safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo to clients throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of your vehicle.
- Handle customer service interactions at delivery sites professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and traffic laws at all times.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
Qualifications
- Must own a clean, operational Box Truck (Class A or B preferred).
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid Class C with endorsements.
- Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of cargo handling, securing, and freight classification.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading cargo.
