Responsibilities
- Operate a 20-26ft box truck safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring all freight is handled with care.
- Complete all required paperwork, including Bill of Lading (BOL) and delivery logs accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and shippers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid state driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (box truck or van experience preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Access to reliable financing for truck purchase (for Owner Operators).
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic.
