Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in a professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of delivery information as required by DOT regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (or ability to obtain one).
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in various weather conditions.
