Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated OTR routes across the Southwest
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries and route adjustments
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Document delivery confirmations and handle basic paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our sponsored training)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with smartphone technology
- Willingness to travel 3-5 days per week with consistent home time
