Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Efficiently plan and execute multi-stop delivery routes using GPS technology
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs)
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong navigation skills and route optimization abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift packages and sit for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
