Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the DC and VA metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the integrity of merchandise.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, tracking, and digital signatures.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery duties.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
