Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- Follow optimized routes to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain efficiency
- Load/unload packages with care to prevent damage and verify inventory
- Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability for night shifts (typically 8 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
