Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions during overnight hours
- Execute multi-stop routes with GPS navigation and route optimization tools
- Verify shipment documentation and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status in real-time via mobile dispatch system
- Maintain organized cargo space and secure packages according to regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and operate manual/automatic transmissions
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Nebraska residency preferred for local route knowledge
