Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and materials to designated addresses within Milwaukee and surrounding regions.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any delivery concerns.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Accurately log delivery information, times, and customer signatures using handheld mobile devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate complex routes efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery data.
