Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
