Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Sacramento County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento roadways and GPS navigation
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
