Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Complete pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance logs
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
Qualifications
- No CDL experience required (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Minimum age 21 (federal requirement)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain Class A CDL (if not already held)
