Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency while adhering to delivery windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure proper handling and security of all cargo
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Indianapolis area
- Reliable transportation to and from depot
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
