Responsibilities
- Safely navigate Minneapolis metro area during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Efficiently deliver packages using optimized routing technology
- Maintain 99.8% on-time delivery rate through meticulous scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential/commercial deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Document deliveries and handle returns/exceptions professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Knowledge of Minneapolis neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in variable weather conditions
- Background check and drug screen required
