Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Verify recipient identities and confirm delivery details with professionalism
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet strict time windows
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and resolve delivery exceptions
- Uphold company safety standards and traffic regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 9 PM - 5 AM)
- Knowledge of Albuquerque metro area road systems
