Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated locations within Memphis metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using company-provided technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and issue resolution
- Secure packages and verify delivery confirmations
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis roadways and GPS navigation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
