Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for efficient delivery schedules
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route changes
- Ensure all packages are handled securely and delivered in pristine condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) or clean Class C license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent navigation abilities and familiarity with Denver metro area
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
