Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and supplies to designated healthcare facilities in Saint Paul and surrounding areas.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet strict deadlines and minimize fuel consumption.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are not damaged during transit.
- Log deliveries accurately into the tracking system.
- Interact professionally with medical staff and facility security personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition with current insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and route management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
