Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and critical supplies between hospitals, clinics, and testing facilities
- Maintain precise delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols for time-sensitive medical materials
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks daily
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and healthcare providers regarding delivery status
- Comply with all OSHA, DOT, and HIPAA regulations
- Represent MediTrans with professionalism during client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Toledo facility
